A little too trendy, but not bad overall. Frankie's Bohemian Cafe used to be a tradition in the North Beach neighborhood until it closed down. Ahh, the memories. There was NOTHING better drunk at 2 in the morning than garlic fries from Frankie's. Well, nothing better at that…
