The gritty view of Market Street clashes with the worn refinement at this restaurant inside the Hotel Whitcomb. After walking past an elaborate chandelier and a huge bar under stained glass skylights, patrons are seated in equestrian-themed tapestry chairs surrounded by other British-countryside decorative touches.
