Ramen in Japantown? That’s something new and different. It’s run by Men Oh Tokushima Ramen shop veterans Eiichi Mochizuki and Koji Kikura. While primarily a ramen joint there’s also snacky appetizers like takoyaki, gyoza and karaage. Located in a rather elegant space formerly home to Michelin starred Bushi Tei you’ll find tonkotsu and shoyu ramen and also the more unusual tsukemen, with noodles served separately from the broth and toppings. Because only you can prevent the tragedy of soggy noodles.
