Let’s just get this out of the way, there is no sushi made from elephants on the menu. In fact this sushi bar and restaurant is so small you couldn’t fit an elephant in it if you tried. But the creative menu is big on flavor with homemade versions of both soy sauce and pickled ginger, sea trout served on Himalayan salt blocks and moderate prices, so make a reservation before you forget. And because you don’t want to have to settle for supermarket sushi.
