ScoutLike a Chinese theme park, your eye will bounce around from the live fire kitchen, to noodle pulling and a wall of buddhas watching you eat. It’s the brainchild of chop chop chop Martin Yan chop chop chop. Small plates and wok dishes are fine but it’s the slithery noodles and juicy dumplings that will make you swoon. It’s as good a place to take a snack break from shopping at the Westfield Centre as it is to enjoy a full meal.
