Etcetera Wine Bar

A charming and buzzy little wine bar with an interesting list and tasty nibbles, including a pizza-like tart from Alsace called a "Flammenkueche." The Alsacian is a favorite of mine, since it has caramelized onions and bacon, two substances I would marry if that were legal. It isn't. I checked.
