The elements of a rich life are oft debated, but after dinner at Rich Table, I would like to throw sardine chips into the ring. If a meal at Rich Table, the casual new eatery in Hayes Valley, by the husband and wife team Sarah and Evan Rich is representative of the food being served at their home, they are living a very rich life indeed, and I am moving in. Not just for the sardine chips, adorned with horseradish and wild arugula but also or the tomato braised oxtail with charred octopus and potatoes.
