A Florida native with time spent in New Orleans and California, Dixie’s menu is a culmination of Chef Humphries’ life-long cooking ventures. Twists on Southern classics with a fine-dining refinement are present in dishes from start to finish. Try the Chicken fried quail with a roasted garlic waffle or the Wagyu Beef with yellow grits and buttered greens. Dixie also features in-house charcuterie, oysters three ways, and a generously-sized cocktail menu.
