To say this restaurant was highly-anticipated would be like calling Bill Gates kind of wealthy. Ever since the success of Flour + Water, there's been much speculation surrounding the plans of Executive Chef Thomas McNaughton and partners David Steele and David White. The opening of Central Kitchen has given the people an answer. With Chef de Cuisine Michael Gaines (Manresa , Gary Danko), Central Kitchen will support local purveyors and offer Northern California –focused cuisine such as poached artichokes with white beans and salted true cod or king salmon with beets, yogurt, mustard and olive.
